Ryanair offers low prices, but the customer experience could be improved. That's why I have developed a fictional brand book to refresh the brand strategy and create a more customer-focused approach. With a sharper visual identity and an accessible tone of voice, the brand feels more premium without losing sight of its low-cost appeal. This demonstrates how a strong brand foundation directly contributes to better customer satisfaction among a younger audience.
